The California Crime Writers Conference is going virtual. It will be a free, daylong event on Saturday, June 12.

The Guest of Honor will be Cara Black. She is the New York Times bestselling author of the Aimée Leduc private investigator series.

Well-known authors and crime investigation professionals will be on hand to discuss research, romance, and writing about cops in today’s world. Panelists and speakers include Jeffrey Deaver, S.A. Cosby, Anne Perry, and Victoria Thompson.

The conference is geared toward emerging and established mystery and crime fiction writers. It is co-sponsored by Mystery Writers of America SoCal Chapter and Sisters in Crime/Los Angeles.
